SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

Drafter – Produce and modify plans from hand sketches, existing prints, etc., to be

rendered electronically or mechanically.

AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp – Have over 5 years of experience with 2D

drafting/3D modeling; layouts; creating and modifying blocks; templates; x-refs;

producing sheet sets with manager; creating shape files to integrate within a GIS

software and extracting data for tables.

Designer – Can render unique solutions to problematic spaces with a fair

knowledge of International Building Codes, materials, and building practices.

Service – Work with and supply resources to other consultants, engineers,

journeymen, municipal officials, and NJDEP officials.

drawings from field hand sketches for numerous projects.

Office Manager – Duties entail organizing and delegating project tasks in a small

office to individuals daily; also maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

Field Supervisor – Supervise field workers while performing site investigations,

remediation, soil delineations, and monitor well installations. Technical reports are

subsequently prepared in regards to Phase I Environment Site Assessments, Bank

Transaction Screens, Site Investigations, or Remediation Action Reports for

Residential and Commercial properties.
